9. Gordon Taylor - 18yrs 8mths 24d
Gordon Taylor is up next. He spent nearly a decade with Bolton, during which time he bagged his goal in a defeat to Nottingham Forest back in 1963. He’s since retired.
Taylor though was a Wanderers regular and managed just over 250 games for the club during his time there.
He even managed a stint with Vancouver Whitecaps in Canada, so managed to get about a bit, with his only other excursions being throughout the North West to the likes of Bury, Blackburn and then further down to Birmingham.
