Bolton need to be ready: The West Ham XI that Parkinson’s side are likely to face tonight

The EFL Cup takes centre-stage over the next couple of days and Bolton Wanderers will certainly be hoping that their side is going to use that as a way of rediscovering some form.

The Trotters have not had a good campaign so far in the Championship with them without a win and looking very anxious and low on confidence when out on the pitch.

For sure, then, there is work to do for the club right now and things perhaps are not going to get easier as they head to West Ham in the Carabao Cup.

Certainly, Phil Parkinson would have perhaps liked an easier game to try and boost some confidence but, at least if the performance is good tonight, there should still be some positives to try and use.

And, if they can win, then that will obviously come as a big boost ahead of a return to Championship action.

West Ham, meanwhile, are probably going to rotate their side for this one, then, and so, with that in mind, we’ve taken a look at the side that Bolton will need to be ready to face tonight at the London Stadium.
