Three Championship clubs are believed to be in the hunt for Norwich City winger Yanic Wildschut, according to HITC.

The Canaries are prepared to listen to offers for the explosive 26-year-old who made 26 appearances in the Championship last season, with most coming as a substitute.

He spent the second half of the season on loan at Cardiff City as well but started just three times.

Wigan Athletic, Ipswich Town and Bolton Wanderers are all considering offers for the winger

Wildschut moved to Carrow Road in 2017 after impressing at Wigan Athletic but has failed to push on in East Anglia.

It has been all change at Norwich this summer with Daniel Farke overseeing six new arrivals and six departures.

Ben Marshall, Emiliano Buendia, Teemu Pukki, Felix Passlack, Moritz Leitner and Jordan Rhodes have all joined whilst James Maddison, Josh Murphy, Marley Watkins, Ebou Adams, Tristan Abrahams and Marcel Franke have gone the other way.

The verdict

A move away is definitely needed for Wildschut and with Norwich willing to listen to offers it shows that he is not needed.

If he can regain his confidence and find his form again at a new club he will be a brilliant addition and someone who should be available for significantly less than the initial £7.5million Norwich paid.
