Controversial Blackpool owner has finally admitted to breaching FA ruling while using abusive language towards a supporter, according to the Daily Mail.

The news comes after Oyston had originally rejected claims that he had done any wrongdoing while exchanging messages between a fan.

The outspoken football owner claimed that using any information via messages or emails was a reach of his piracy and was willing to fight his case, he then later apologised for his remarks.

The original information was leaked after Oyston demanded a fan pay him £20,000 in damages for insulting remarks about the owner made on a social networking site. The fan in question was pensioner Frank Knight, who was then rallied around by fans of various clubs after a kickstarter page was started and succeeded in gaining the funds to pay off his fine.

The text messages that were alleged as early as Christmas showed foul and abusive language on Oyston's part, brandishing a fan a 'retard' and telling a fan to 'enjoy the rest of your special needs day out'. These statements were allegedly sent to fan Stephen Smith, but he wasn't the only fan targeted by the horrid outbursts of Oyston.

While threatening to ban a fan from the ground, Oyston also joked that plans are their to see the former Premier League side fall to the conference in a text sent to a fan, the text read 'I am a never-ending nightmare revenge mission'.

Blackpool who have suffered a horrid season, seeing the club relegated at the start of April have once again seen more than half their playing staff released for ten second time in a year, in what is seen to be a travesty in football. Footballing Anti-Discrimination group Kick It Out have registered their discuss in the handling of Oyston's club. While the fans have been a constant voice of frustration as the club sinks in the divisions, while nothing is done by the football governing body.

A court date that was postponed from March 30th is now set to take place on June 9th. Oysten's punishment is set to vary from a fine for him to a ban from ownership of a club, which would be fitting judgment for foul mouthed owner of Blackpool.
