Blackburn Rovers are eyeing a move for goalkeeper Warner Hahn according to a report from Voetbal International.
Hahn is currently a free-agent, and it is claimed that Rovers have set their sights on landing his signature in the near future, although no agreement has been reached between both parties as of yet.
He has been a free-agent since leaving Dutch side SC Heerenveen at the end of the 2019/20 season, and is seemingly a wanted player by the Lancashire-based side.
Rovers are currently sat tenth in the Championship table after an impressive start to the 2020/21 season under the management of Tony Mowbray.
Mowbray could be in the market for a new goalkeeper in the near future as well, with Mowbray revealing that summer signing Thomas Kaminski is struggling to shake off an injury.
“It’s looking very much the same on the injury front. We’ll have to wait and see how Thomas gets on in training. He’s got a minor injury, we’ll see how he feels.
“We’ll see how he goes and we’ll make a decision whether we go for him or young Aynsley between the sticks.”
Blackburn are next in action on Tuesday evening, when they take on league-leaders Reading at Ewood Park, in what is certain to be one of their toughest tests of the season to date.

This would make sense if Kaminski is struggling to find his fitness.
Aynsley Pears is a strong enough option to come into the Blackburn team in my eyes, but Tony Mowbray clearly feels as though the club need an additional option if Kaminski is to be ruled out for the foreseeable future.
It would be somewhat of a risk-free move if they were to sign Hahn as well, as the deal wouldn’t cost a fee up-front, with the shot-stopper being a free-agent.
It’s a move that would suit all parties involved.
