Blackburn Rovers captain Jason Lowe believes that the club should have picked up more points over the last few games but also that they will "come back stronger", reports the Rovers official website.

Despite being on a seven match unbeaten run since Tony Mowbray has replaced Owen Coyle, Blackburn dropped back into the bottom three on the weekend after a 2-2 draw with Preston North End.

With eight games left to play, the Blackburn skipper knows that picking up wins is vital ahead of the impending relegation battle.

Talking to Radio Rovers, Jason Lowe said:

"The unbeaten run continues but we know that we need to start picking up wins.

"The Norwich game, Preston, maybe Burton away the way we played we could have picked up more points with really good displays.

"So we know it is in there, we know we can do it, but we need to find the formula to just make lives a little bit easier for ourselves.

"We'll analyse it over the break and hopefully come back stronger for it and go and try and get some victories."
