Blackburn have relied on Bradley Dack for the past few seasons, and keeping him at the club has been the reason for many of their successes in recent years.

For all of last summer, Dack was linked with a move away from Ewood Park, but he opted to stay at the club, and has thrived again under Tony Mowbray.

This summer will be no different though, with Dack being subject to interest yet again, but we have noted a factor that could work in Blackburn's favour.

Higher end Championship and bottom half Premier League clubs have turned their interest away from Dack in recent months, with other second-tier stars being rumoured.

Jarrod Bowen, Che Adams, Jack Grealish - these are three names that you struggle to avoid when looking at transfer gossip columns or scrolling social media.

That trio, as well as a couple of other Championship stars, will surely be contested for all summer by bigger clubs, who look to secure the services of the young stars.

This could work in Blackburn's favour, as it could mean Dack is not subject to vast attention.

When Wigan and Blackburn were promoted together, a lot of debate was had over who was better out of Nick Powell and Bradley Dack, with both being subject to a lot of interest.

Powell is a target of Leeds according to reports, with his teammate Gavin Massey also a target for higher-end clubs, but little has been said of Dack, who is having another top season.

The 25-year-old has netted 14 goals this season, and registered seven assists, which is a great return for the energetic star of Blackburn.

Mowbray's men are 14th and set to have a solid mid-table finish, which is a good season given it is just their first back in the Championship after being promoted in second last campaign.

Blackburn and Mowbray will look to build on this next term, with Dack crucial to those plans, and the attention on other stars could mean they have a good chance of keeping him.
