Motherwell defender Alex Rodriguez Gorrin is a wanted man with a clutch of Championship clubs interested in his services.
That is according to the Daily Record, and if they are to be believed; Blackburn Rovers, Wigan Athletic and Millwall are all said to be in the hunt for the 25-year-old.
Gorrin has impressed at Fir Park this season since breaking into the first team having arrived in the summer.
He made his debut back in August but played only twice before a spell out of the side, earning his place back in the middle of November and has been a regular since.
The central midfielder has been a revelation in the Motherwell team since the turn of the year, and his form has attracted interest from south of the border.
Gorrin is out of contract at the end of the season, and the club have offered him a new deal, but there is a fight to keep him now amid the interest from several Championship sides.
But as it stands, he is free to discuss a move away from Fir Park with potential suitors set to be at Pittodrie on Wednesday night to watch him play against Aberdeen.
Having impressed for Motherwell this term, it is a bit of a surprise that only three clubs are interested in his services.
But having said that, if Gorrin’s form persists, then more will be alerted to his availability.
The 25-year-old has been a star in the Motherwell side since coming back into the team towards the end of last year.
And he would be an excellent addition to any of the three Championship teams hoping to coax him away from, north of the border.
