Championship sides Leeds United and Blackburn Rovers are interested in former Rangers and Newcastle United defender Zurab Khizanishvili according to Sky Sports.
The Georgian international is currently out of contract having seen the duration of his contract with Turkish Super Lig side Kayserispor.
He has been offered a contract at his current club but it is reported that Leeds United and his former club Blackburn Rovers are among several English and Turkish clubs after his signature.
The defender played for Rovers from 2006 up until 2011 during which he made 62 league appearances for the club. He then left for Kayserispor and has now settled there.
The defender is thought to be happy in Turkey as his family have settled in the area. However, it is believed that a move to England may be too good to turn down.
