Leeds United boss Marcelo Bielsa has made two changes for the clash with Luton Town at Kenilworth Road this afternoon, which has led many fans of the Yorkshire club to bemoan Helder Costa's omission.

Having recovered fully during the international break, Pablo Hernandez replaces Costa in the side, making his first start since the draw with Derby County in mid-September.

Liam Cooper has been unable to recover from his groin injury, meaning the Whites captain is replaced by experienced Swiss defender Gaetano Berardi.

Bielsa's side could go top of the Championship with a win against the Hatters this afternoon–as long as Preston North End and West Bromwich Albion both slip up.

Hernandez returns to the starting XI fresh off signing a new two-and-a-half-year deal at Elland Road earlier this week.

His return means Costa drops to the bench for the first time since the draw against the Rams at Elland Road in September.

The 25-year-old has struggled to make a significant impact for the Whites in the final third–registering just one assist in 16 Championship appearances this season.

Despite that record, the Portuguese winger's absence does not seem to have gone down well with fans of the Yorkshire club, with many taking to Twitter to express their frustration.
