It will feel like two points dropped for Garry Monk's Birmingham City after a 3-3 home draw with the division's strugglers Hull City at the weekend.

The Blues were looking to make it five wins from six league games after an impressive run of form of late, and they got off to the perfect start with two goals before half-time from Che Adams.

40 minutes later though, Monk's men, shockingly, found themselves 3-2 down thanks to a brace from Fraizer Campbell and a Kamil Grosicki free-kick, however there was still time for Adams to net his hat-trick, and his 8th goal of the campaign.

The 22-year old has been magnificent for Birmingham this season, and if he keeps up this magnificent form in front of goal, he's bound to have many potential suitors in January.

If the worst does come to the worst and Adams was to depart in January, his ready-made replacement in League One - Charlton Athletic's Karlan Grant.

The 21-year old has been in tremendous form for the Addicks this season, netting eight goals and producing two assists for the London side.

He scored nine goals in fifteen appearances on loan at League Two side Crawley Town last term, which shows that he knows where the goal is.

Able to play as a striker, attacking midfielder or winger, Grant would be a superb asset to the Birmingham side, and possesses the same traits as Adams does.

His pace, movement and trickery up front would be the perfect addition to compliment Lucas Jutkiewicz up front, and he should definitely be on City's radar if Adams was to leave.
