Jordan Graham's free transfer to Birmingham City is as good as done, if not already completed, according to Blues site We Are Birmingham.

Lee Bowyer gets his first window in charge of the Blues this summer and he'll be looking to add players that are going to help his side climb up the league table.

Indeed, Graham is a player he has been a fan of for some time with him interested in him at Charlton and Football League World revealed he was a target of the Blues for this summer back in April.

It now looks as though this particular transfer is in its final stages now, too, with there even the chance it has been completed already:

The Verdict

Graham should be a good signing for the Blues, particularly as he is arriving on a free.

He scored 12 goals and set up another six in Sky Bet League One last season for Gillingham, with that clearly underlining the sort of talent he has got.

To be able to get him on a free is really good business for the club and, as well as that, Bowyer is a fan of his so the manager will feel as though he will be able to get the very best out of the player.

It should be a deal that works out for all involved.
