Birmingham City sign former Burnley ace

Birmingham City have agreed to sign former Burnley defender David Edgar on a two-year deal according to Sky Sports.
The 27-year old defender has been a target for Birmingham following his release from his then club Burnley last month.
The Canadian international joined Burnley in 2009 from Newcastle.
Since joining the club he made 115 appearances for the club and was able to score three goals.
Last season he only managed 21 appearances and he announced that he would be looking for more regular action next season and following Burnley’s promotion he was no longer needed.
He has signed a two-year deal with Lee Clark’s side and will become their fifth summer signing following the addition of: Jonathan Grounds from Oldham (free), Grant Hall from Spurs (loan), Stephen Gleeson from MK Dons (free) and Wes Thomas from Rotherham (free)
