Birmingham City have confirmed that right-back Remeao Hutton has signed a new two-year contract with the Championship club.
The 20-year-old is yet to make a first-team appearance for the Blues, but has been an important player for their under-23 side this season.

Birmingham finished 17th in the Championship table this season, twelve points above the relegation zone, after a nine-point deduction from the EFL saw them fall from play-off hopefuls into a battle for survival.
Garry Monk will be looking to considerably strengthen his squad over the summer, as he looks to build a team that can challenge for the play-offs next season, but warned fans last week that his side may struggle to compete with their Championship rivals in the transfer market.
This is encouraging news for Birmingham City. Hutton is a versatile young player, who can also play at centre-back and in wide midfield.
He is clearly regarded by Birmingham as a player with a lot of potential and has been impressive for the Blues’ under-23 side this season.
It seems only a matter of time before he is given a chance in the first-team and he could have a big future ahead of him at St Andrews’.
