Manchester City manager Marcelo Bielsa was full of praise for young winger Jack Harrison following his team's draw with Middlesbrough last night.

Speaking to Phil Hay following the draw at Elland Road, Bielsa spoke of the young Manchester City loanee in high terms.

Harrison was industrious down the right hand side for Leeds as a resilient Middlesbrough side managed to stop the home side from getting on the scoresheet to maintain their own unbeaten start to the campaign.

The 21-year-old has not been a regular starter for Bielsa so far, but with Pablo Hernandez missing through injury, Harrison was given his chance and did his best to impress over the course of the game.

Leeds have gotten off to a superb start under Bielsa and the draw was only the second time in six games they have dropped points this season. Harrison was signed in the summer after spending part of last season with Middlesbrough following a spell in America with New York City.

He will have been hoping to have done enough to keep his place in the starting XI, although he will be aware that Hernandez is a key man in the Leeds squad and is likely to be thrust straight back into the action.

Leeds fans, what did you make of the performance of Harrison? Let us know your thoughts in the comments!
