Leeds United face Norwich City at Elland Road this weekend, with the Whites hoping to open up a six point gap between themselves and the Canaries.

After Norwich were held by Sheffield United this weekend, Leeds pulled away from the chasing pack and have a great chance to further strengthen their grip on the promotion race with a win against Daniel Farke's side.

They're in good form of late and in Temmu Pukki have one of the more talented strikers in the division. Bielsa was effusive in his praise of the Finland international this afternoon, claiming his talents are 'not common' in the English games.

"His skills are not common in English football." Phil Hay reported Bielsa as saying. "He's a player that's hard to neutralise, he uses his intuition, always in good positions to receive the ball, and makes many movements. He plays very simple, but he's efficient."

The 28-year-old was released by Danish side Brondby last season, signing a three-year deal with Farke's side in June. He has previously played for Sevilla, Schalke and Celtic and has scored 17 times in 26 outings this season.

The Verdict

It's commonplace to see managers praising other players nowadays, but you would expect Bielsa to be honest about Pukki's skills. He's certainly been a surprise package for the Canaries, he slipped in through the back door in the summer but has stirred them towards a promotion push.

It's going to be a big test for the Leeds back four, so they'll be delighted to have Jansson back alongside Cooper.
