Izzy Brown endured a frustrating time with Leeds United, but he certainly let that frustration out against Luton Town.

The Chelsea midfielder spent last season on loan at Elland Road but hardly featured as a number of long-term injuries hampered his hopes of breaking into Marcelo Bielsa's side.

This season, however, has been a different story.

Brown has been nothing short of a revelation since joining the Hatters on loan this summer.

The 22-year-old has racked up seven assists in 17 appearances for the newly-promoted side - the latest of which came against Marcelo Bielsa's side on Saturday.

To say that Brown enjoyed his assist would be an understatement, with the midfielder celebrating with delight in front of the travelling Leeds fans.

Leeds Live reporter Beren Cross posted in a Leeds United Facebook group about the Chelsea starlet, and sparked a number of responses.

Here's what supporters had to say about Izzy Brown after Saturday's game.

Peter Duval: “Izzy Brown will be bitter. He wasn’t given a chance at Leeds and yesterday’s performance shows how wrong Marcelo Bielsa was. The same will happen with Eddie Nketiah.”

Harvey Dale: “Brown is a very good player. Bielsa is too stubborn at times. Izzy is a good player and will have a good career.”Subegh Singh: “Given his record with Huddersfield and now 7 assists this season I do very much see it as our loss that we didn’t play him more. He could have been the replacement for Saiz that we so desperately needed.”

Mike Driver: “He did nothing wrong, really good player and it’s a shame we didn’t get to see much of him last season.”
