Swansea City moved up to fourth in the Championship after a hard-fought 1-0 success at Nottingham Forest this afternoon.
Despite their lowly position, Steve Cooper’s side knew they would be in for a tough game against the Reds, and that proved to be the case.
However, the Swans impressed, restricting the hosts to few clear chances, with Conor Roberts scoring the only goal of the game.
Yet, the man of the match was Andre Ayew, with the attacker a constant threat throughout. He held the ball up well, linked play superbly and had the physicality to deal with the Forest defence.

Of course, this is nothing new with Ayew, as the Ghana international has been a key figure for the Swans at this level, but it was just another reminder of how good he can be.
