Swansea confirmed on Monday, that manager, Graham Potter had opted to join Premier League side, Brighton and Hove Albion ahead of next season.

It concludes his relatively short-spell with the Swans, with Potter only being in charge for one season, after he arrived from Swedish side, Ostersunds FK.

Swansea midfielder, Bersant Celina took to Instagram to voice his thoughts on his time working under Potter in his brief spell with the Swans.

Celina has been impressive for Swansea this season, and was a regular in Potter's starting XI, having made 38 league starts in total.

The Kosovan international scored five goals and assisted on six occasions throughout this year's campaign, and was the main creative threat in this Swansea side.

He'll be hoping to impress the new manager in charge of Swansea next season, with their search already underway to find Potter's successor.

There's no doubting that Swansea have got some excellent players in their squad, but it remains to be seen as to how much longer they will remain with the club ahead of the summer transfer window.

Celina will have a weight on his shoulders next season as well, with Swansea talisman, Daniel James having agreed personal terms with Manchester United according to Sky Sports.

The Verdict:

It's a disappointing outcome for everyone involved at Swansea.

Potter was building something special with the club since the turn of the year, and they were a team to be feared for the second-half of this year's campaign.

His departure will be frustrating, but Celina and his team-mates will have to move on and focus on next year's campaign with a new manager in charge.
