Nottingham Forest midfielder Ben Osborn has ripped into teammate Joe Worrall on social media for his hairstyle, following his return to the City Ground from his loan spell with Rangers.

Worrall was an important player for Forest in the Championship last season, but was sent out on loan to Rangers by Aitor Karanka at the start of this campaign.

The centre-back has now returned to the City Ground, following a successful loan spell in Scotland and will be hoping to force his way into Martin O'Neill's plans for next season.

The 22-year-old was giving his first interview since his return to the club and admitted that he is looking forward to next season.

Forest shared a clip from the interview on the club's official twitter account and Osborn was one of the first to reply to the tweet, mocking Worrall for his hairstyle, referring to him as 'Quiff Richard'.

Osborn made 39 appearances for Forest in the Championship this season, as the Reds finished ninth in the table, eight points outside the play-off places.

The Verdict:

It's good to see this sort of banter between the two players, who clearly have a good relationship with each other off the pitch.

Worrall was very impressive for Rangers this season and could have an important role to play for Forest in the Championship next season.

The defender will be hoping that he can make an impact at the City Ground next term and I would be very surprised if he was not involved in O'Neill's plans.
