Leeds United dispatched Yorkshire rivals Barnsley yesterday, running out 2-1 winners against the Reds to finally give the Elland Road faithful something to shout home about.

The Whites have struggled for form since manager Paul Heckingbottom took over, but yesterday was back to something like how he would want his team to be playing, and it was a relief for the home fans to see themselves pick up three points.

Despite having little to play for during the last few games, Leeds will still be keen to finish strong, and one of the plus points of the last few weeks has been the emergence of youngster Paudie O'Connor, who despite scoring an own goal yesterday, put in another excellent showing.

Indeed, O'Connor took to Twitter yesterday following the game to share his joy, and plenty of Leeds fans took the time out to reply.
