Nottingham Forest midfielder Samba Sow has recently uploaded a video onto his Twitter page, as he looks to make a full recovery from a minor hamstring injury.

The 30-year-old has been an important player for Sabri Lamouchi in the early stages of the season, making 10 appearances in all competitions and helping the Reds climb into the automatic promotion spots.

The combative midfielder - a summer signing from Dynamo Moscow - has formed a solid understanding with Ben Watson in the middle of the park in recent weeks, and will be a big player for the Reds going forward.

But the Mali international limped off injured in their most recent game - he picked up a hamstring strain in the 1-0 win over Brentford last weekend, and was subsequently replaced by Albert Adomah in the 78th minute.

Ahead of Sabri Lamouchi's side's trip to Wigan Athletic next weekend, though, Sow has posted a video showing how hard he is working to get back to full fitness.
