The Queens Park Rangers faithful will have no doubt been left feeling a familiar sense of frustration this weekend as their side once again gave away a 2-1 lead to draw 2-2 with Middlesbrough.

It was a performance that promised much but alas ended with Mark Warburton's side having to once again settle for a share of the spoils at the Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium, in what was another case of the R's failing to manage a game correctly.

Given the fact they have failed to win in any of their last four league games, some supporters could be forgiven for thinking their strong start could be going to waste.

One player who fans will be wanting to see a lot more from in terms of creative contribution is Ilias Chair, with the young R's playmaker having performed well so far this season.

Fans today took to Facebook to discuss the 22-year-old's form in front of goal, or rather lack of it, with many providing various responses to the topic under discussion...

Chris Dillon: I feel we do the same thing over and over again with youngsters. Fans expect the world from them because they did well at a much lower level, then get concerned that it isn't an immediate impact when the come back to a level that is much higher up.

Ben Tew: I think he's having the season this year that Eze had last year. He needs the patience and experience he's getting now in order to flourish more long term. He's still contributing, making intelligent runs, some key passes etc. Positives far outweigh the negatives. Be patient and the goals will come.

Cameron James Millington: Nah it takes time for him to adjust, soon as he gets one, it will be a different story.

Richard Austin: Doesn't he contribute in other ways?

Daniel Fletcher:  I don’t think we have a lack of goals full stop. Personally I don’t mind who scores them.
