The Sky Bet Championship returns this weekend, with Leeds United facing Ipswich Town at Portman Road, as they look to bounce back following their surprise defeat to Newport County last weekend in the FA Cup.

Despite turning their attention to the Championship this weekend, there is still plenty of talking points coming out of last weekend, particularly Samuel Saiz’s six-match ban.

Saiz was dismissed in Sunday’s clash with Newport, and will now serve a lengthy suspension after it was confirmed he spat at opponent, Robbie Willmott.

BBC Radio Leeds’ Adam Pope has been looking at the fixtures Saiz will miss due to suspension, with the journalist confirming that the 26-year-old will be absent this weekend against Ipswich, as well as clashes with Millwall, Hull City, Cardiff City, Sheffield United and Bristol City, before returning against Derby County in February.
