Leeds United's season took a blow yesterday as they threw away a lead to allow Nottingham Forest to take a point from Elland Road.

Despite leading through a Pablo Hernandez goal, the Whites couldn't add a second and saw Lewis Grabban snatch a late equaliser for the visiting team.

Leeds manager Marcelo Bielsa introduced the likes of Helder Costa as he looked to find a winning formula for his team, but it was not to be for the home side.

Costa though appears to be settling in well to life as a Leeds United player, and looking at Barry Douglas' social media, it appears the former Wolves teammates have quickly befriended each other once again now they are both based in Yorkshire.

Douglas shared on his Instagram story the pair out enjoying a meal together and it seems Costa wasn't all too impressed with the Leeds left-back taking time out to film him at the dinner table.

However, it's good to see Costa settling in to life at Elland Road and having someone around him who he knows well like Douglas can only help him adapt to life as a Leeds player even quicker.

Costa has yet to start for Marcelo Bielsa but will be looking to kick on in the coming weeks and nail down a regular place in the starting XI.
