Sheffield Wednesday defender Moses Odubajo has recently been told he can leave the club for free according to a report from The Star.

Odubajo only signed for the Owls during the summer transfer window, but has struggled to make a notable impact in his time with the club.

The 26-year-old has made 14 appearances so far this season for Sheffield Wednesday but hasn't featured since he was sent-off against Derby County earlier in this year's campaign.

Surprisingly, Odubajo was left out of the matchday squad in Sheffield Wednesday's recent 1-0 win over Brighton and Hove Albion in the FA Cup, with youngster Osaze Urhoghide being selected instead of the former Brentford full-back.

It remains to be seen if any clubs are tracking Odubajo this month, but it seems as though his days at Hillsborough are numbered after this latest reveal.

Plenty of Sheffield Wednesday fans took to social media to issue their thoughts on this latest transfer update on Odubajo's future at the club.
