West Bromwich Albion maintained their unbeaten start to the Championship season on Saturday afternoon, with the Baggies picking up a point against promotion rivals Fulham at Craven Cottage.

Slaven Bilic's side went into the clash embarking on a run of six games unbeaten in the league, but would have been hoping to turn draws into wins as they looked to push up towards the automatic promotion places.

They came up against a Fulham side who will also be looking to challenge for a top-two finish come the end of the season, as two of the division's big boys went head-to-head in London.

After a drab first-half, it was Scott Parker's side who opened the scoring through Anthony Knockaert's looping effort, with the Baggies failing to get out of first gear.

Eventually, though, West Brom did get their goal through Semi Ajayi, who converted from Matheus Pereira's corner to level the scores, and in the end, a draw was the final result.

Bilic will be disappointed with his side's inability to convert their chances, with summer signing Charlie Austin squandering two big opportunities in the first half.
