‘At least double,’ ‘Take the money’ – Many Leeds United fans enter Kalvin Phillips debate



Many Leeds United fans have reacted to a market value set out by Transfermarkt on Kalvin Phillips, rating him at £10.8m.

Phillips has had a superb season for Leeds, helping them reach the top of the Championship league table and enhance his own reputation in English football.

The 24-year-old developed through the youth ranks at Elland Road and has gone on to be a starter a the club, being named in the EFL Team of the Year last season.

In total, Phillips has made 173 appearances for Leeds since making his debut for the club in 2014.

His performances on the pitch continue to gain rave reviews and with Leeds set for Premier League football next season, the youngster could finally get to play at the highest club level.

A potential England international in the future, Phillips is said to be worth just over the £10m mark, but fans have reacted to that figure with many claiming it should be a lot higher.
