Ruben Neves has had some first year in English football, with the Portuguese midfielder helping Wolverhampton Wanderers to promotion.

The 21-year-old has featured regularly for Nuno Espirito Santo’s side, more than justifying the £15.8m transfer fee Wolves paid last summer.

After a magnificent season in the Sky Bet Championship, £15m is beginning to look a bargain.

How much is Neves now worth?

We discuss…

Chris Gallagher He has to be worth at least £30m. Neves has been outstanding for Wolves this season and looks as though he could play for almost any side in the country. He is destined for the very top but would only command a £30m fee at the minute because he needs to do it in the Premier League. I'm sure he will though and his value will continue to increase - the £15.8m Wolves paid was a bargain! George Dagless You've got to be looking at £35m at least. The market continues to inflate and so figures are only going to increase and Wolves fans would probably argue he's worth around £60m. It'd take a big bid to get him out of Molineux, that's for sure, and his value will likely only go one way. Jay Williams £30m at the very least. Neves is only 21 and he has dominated the Championship this season. It will be very exciting to see if he can continue to improve next year in the Premier League and in the future but he has so much potential that anything less than £30m should not be entertained by Wolves. Ben Barkworth Neves must be worth around £40 million after the season he has had, but in essence he is priceless to Wolves because of his pivotal importance to the team. They should keep him at all costs in order to ease their move up to the Premier League. He was signed for £15.8 million last summer, and his performances in the Championship have showcased his talent to a wider audience, so his value has skyrocketed. Gary Hutchinson If you're talking about £25m for James Maddison, which you shouldn't be, then Neves is worth £50m of anyone's money. He's been exciting, vibrant and explosive, he's young enough to turn a huge profit and anyone forking out for him is going to need a massive war chest to tempt Wolves into selling. Sam Rourke The best player in the Championship this season in my opinion. At the tender age of 21, Neves has bossed it and looks destined for a massive future in the beautiful game. He would bot look out of place in some of the biggest teams in the world. At the moment, he's worth £35m+.
