The Championship is back this weekend and we're certainly looking forward to seeing the big derby games take place in the second tier.

Indeed, we've got Derby County and Nottingham Forest taking one another on on Sunday afternoon but, prior to that on Saturday, Wolves host Aston Villa at Molineux.

Both sides will consider themselves as having a good chance of winning the Championship this season and so, though it is still early in the year, three points for either side could be massive.

And, ahead of the game, there should be reason for optimism amongst Villa fans with this pretty handy stat coming courtesy of transfermarkt.

Indeed, in the 17 games that Steve Bruce has faced Wolves during his time as manager, he has only lost six times, indicating that it is likely Villa will get something at Molineux.

Of course, things like this can vary on the different sides that Bruce has managed and this is the strongest Wolves team for a while but it is quite a consistent trend to have over a good amount of games.

Villa fans, then, might just see their side get at least a draw this weekend and, though they'd obviously like a win most of all, that would still be a good result.

Indeed, with both sides looking like promotion contenders right now, if you offered Villa fans a draw away from home they'd probably take it, whilst Wolves fans would more than likely not be happy with that.
