Aston Villa will have both Jack Grealish and Tammy Abraham  available for Friday's trip to Bolton Wanderers, but Kortney Hause continues to miss out, the club have confirmed.

Grealish was absent through injury as Villa faced Bristol City, with Abraham also limping out of the 2-1 win, but both are expected to be available to face Bolton on Good Friday.

The club also confirmed that attacker Jonathan Kodjia and defender Tommy Elphick have both returned to training, although it appears that the Bolton clash will come too soon for the pair.

There is, however, worse news for on loan Wolves defender Hause, who continues to be unavailable having not featured since picking up an injury in the 3-1 win at Sheffield Wednesday at the start of the month.

A win for Villa on Friday would relegate their hosts, while further strengthening Villa's grip on the play-off places heading into the final weeks of the season.

The Verdict

While they coped without him last week, Villa will surely be delighted to see key man Grealish available once more, given his unrelenting influence on the Villa side when available.

The fitness of Abraham too will be a welcome relief, given this is a game where Villa will expect plenty of chances, and the on loan Chelsea forward has proven to be the Midlands side's most clinical forward this season.

The continuing absence of Hause will be a disappointment, although the return from suspension of Tyrone Mings should go some way to offsetting that.
