The no.1 spot at Queens Park Rangers this season has been contested.
Joe Lumley started the season in goal for QPR, but after some dodgy performances he was soon dropped, and replaced by summer signing from Livingston Liam Kelly.
Kelly, 24, came into the side and struggled at first. He was quickly finding his feet in the Championship though, but was dealt a huge blow when he was sidelined with a torn quadricep.
Lumley then had to come back into the team. His performances were error-strewn and he looked shot of confidence, leading to Kelly’s return to the team once he was fit again last month.
So does Kelly have that starting spot on lock-down for the remainder of the season?

Plenty of QPR fans had their say on the matter, and here’s what they had to say:
I would like to see another keeper next year, think they are both suspect #qpr

Lumley has no confidence anymore, so it has to be Kelly until the end of the season. Then we assess the situation in the summer.

If the catch that Kelly dropped through his legs on Saturday and gone into the goal I suspect the answers here may have been different. However he was lucky and it didn’t. Fickle.

All day long. Sell Lumley in the summer

On his day, Lumley is the better keeper. I’d say keep Lumley and have him fight for the #1 spot again

Agreed. If Lumley let in that second goal against Stoke. Everyone would have been going mad.
