West Brom are certainly justifying their pre-season promotion credentials this season, with Darren Moore's side well in the hunt for a top six finish.

The Baggies are currently sat fourth in the Championship table, and supporters will be keen for their side to return to the Premier League at the first time of asking, following relegation last year.

It's sure to be a potentially season-defining transfer window this month for Moore's side as they look to close the gap on league-leaders, Leeds United.

One area they are certain to address is finding Harvey Barnes' replacement at the earliest of opportunities after the winger was recalled from his loan spell by Leicester City.

If Moore can make suitable additions and sell any players that aren't needed, then you have to feel that the Baggies are certainly going to finish inside the top six at the worst by May.

Promotion is a real possibility, but there is important transfer business to conduct this month.

But which two transfer will supporters be hoping are finalised in the near future?

Find out below.....

Sign Emile Smith Rowe on loan from Arsenal

It's no secret that West Brom will be looking to find Harvey Barnes' replacement as quickly as possible to fill the void left by the returning Leicester man.

One man who could certainly fill that void for the remainder of the season is Arsenal's Emile Smith Rowe, who isn't seeing much regular game time.

He has looked impressive in their Europa League games, but is yet to make an appearance in the Premier League, which will be frustrating for the youngster.

Smith Rowe will be looking to prove himself in first-team football, and a move to West Brom would make perfect sense.

Terminate Wes Hoolahan's deal with the club

It came as a surprise to see Hoolahan offered a deal in the first place this season, as it's a position that the Baggies didn't need to strengthen in.

The creative midfielder has only made six appearances for Moore's side, and having not started a single one of those games, what was the point in signing him?

At the age of 36, there are certainly better options out there for West Brom to target, and with Hoolahan likely to be on a hefty sum of wages, surely they'll be tempted to end his spell with the club?
