Arsenal are leading the chase for young French striker Moussa Dembele who is currently playing for Championship side Fulham, according to ESPN.
The 19-year-old Frenchman has only one month left on his contract and is likely to turn down a new deal at Craven Cottage, as he has been pushing for a move away for a while.
Arsenal are believed to not be alone in there interest with rivals Chelsea and Tottenham vying for his signature too, along with Turkish giants Fenerbahce.
French manager Arsene Wenger has kept a watchful eye on Dembele, as he worked his way up the French youth set up and is looking for new recruits for the new season following Welbeck’s injury.
The youngster was in fine form for Fulham striking 16 goals alongside strike partner Ross McCormack and earned himself a nomination for Football League Young Player of the Year.
His goals effectively kept Fulham up last season and with international experience for the France U20 side, he has a big future ahead of him.
