Arsenal keeping tabs on highly-rated League Two defender

Premier League giants Arsenal are keeping a watch on Yeovil Town defender Daniel Ojo.
The 18-year-old only made his league debut last weekend, but is apparently already on the radar of the Gunners, according to the Sunday People via a report from Sky Sports.
Ojo, who predominantly plays as a left-back, will be hoping for a strong finish to the season now he has been given his chance at Huish Park in the first-team, and he will be hoping to maintain some solid performance levels given he is already attracting interest.
Arsenal will be keen to ensure they keep adding the top young talent from across the country to their ranks as they move on under Emery, and they’ve clearly seen something in Ojo what they like.
Yeovil have struggled this season down in League Two, sitting fifth from bottom in what has been a bit of a disastrous season for the club.
However, those struggles have given the likes of Ojo his chance, and it’s a chance he will be looking to take with open arms heading into the final few months of the season.
The Verdict
This is a surprise, but also not a massive one given the extensive scouting networks of the Premier League.
We know little of Ojo at the moment but he would surely not be turning a move to Arsenal down. It’s the stuff dreams are made of for young players in the lower leagues.
