Marcelo Bielsa has adapted brilliantly to life in English football, with his Leeds United side looking to push on and claim promotion during the 2018/19 campaign. 

Leeds’ impressive start to the season has put them in the thick of the promotion race, with Bielsa perhaps the most popular man in the city at this current time.

However, whilst Bielsa’s popularity at LS11 continues to grow, other managers across the country have been struggling.

Recently, Mark Hughes departed Southampton after a tough start to the Premier League season.

That casualty led to one Leeds supporter (@LUFCTy) suggesting Bielsa move to bring in Hughes alongside him at Elland Road, given the Welshman’s vast experience of the English game.

The comment was more than tongue-in-cheek, but it certainly sparked plenty of reaction amongst Leeds’ supporters, who were very quick to shut down the suggestion of the former Manchester United and Chelsea forward arriving at Elland Road…
