Derby County are hoping to put their horrible week behind them and look to the future as they plot a way up the Championship table.

The Rams are currently 15th in the division with just two wins in their last nine league fixtures and have to contend with the loss of captain Richard Keogh to injury, after last week's drink driving incident.

In a bid to look towards the future, their social media team have put out a graphic highlighting their next five fixtures, with the focus very much on moving forward and not looking back.

First up for the Rams are newly promoted Barnsley tomorrow night, the first of three clubs that came up from League One last season. Luton are the visitors on Saturday before Charlton Athletic play host on the 19th.

The month finishes with two more fixtures that could be seen as favourable; Wigan Athletic at Pride Park and a trip to Hull City just before Halloween.

After a horror of a week at the end of September, Phillip Cocu will be hoping his side can steady the ship and pick up the wins needed to lift them towards the top six.

Fans have been giving their opinion on how many points they feel the club should accrue in what looks to be a comfortable start to the autumn period.
