Leeds United fell to defeat in their first game under Paul Heckingbottom as the Whites were beaten 2-1 by Sheffield United at Bramall Lane this afternoon.

Heckingbottom, who made three changes to his first selection as manager, got off to the worst possible start as a Billy Sharp stunner put the Blades into the lead inside two minutes.

The first half settled down and was an even affair, and saw Kemar Roofe leave the field following a hefty blow to be replaced by Pablo Hernandez. Indeed, it was the introduction of the Spaniard which changed the game, as he set up Pierre Lasogga to level for Leeds.

However, despite an even second half and being on top in spells, Leeds succumbed when Eunan O'Kane needlessly fouled John Fleck in the box, and Billy Sharp smashed home his second of the game to hand the home side the three points.

Following the game, the Leeds fans were out in force on Twitter to give their thoughts on the game, and it's safe to say they are less than impressed with current goings on at the club...
