Hull City have sent young goalkeeper Callum Burton out on loan, the club's official website has confirmed.

Callum Burton will join non-league outfit Salford City on a one month loan deal, which will keep him at his temporary club until early December.

The 21-year-old joined the Tigers in the summer transfer window after completing a move from Shrewsbury Town but he is yet to make his first team debut under Leonid Slutsky.

With just one Shrewsbury senior match under his belt, the youngster is being given the opportunity to impress during a loan spell with National League North side Salford City, who currently sit top of the league in the sixth tier.
