Nacer Chadli has left West Bromwich Albion and joined AS Monaco for an undisclosed fee, the club's official website announced last night.

Chadli brings an end to his two year stay at The Hawthorns by joining Monaco after the French club had an improved bid accepted for his services.

Monaco finished second in Ligue 1 last season and are offering the winger the chance to play Champions League football.

The Belgium international recently starred for his country at the World Cup, helping them to the semi-finals, and putting himself in the shop window for a move.

Chadli played 37 games over two years for the Baggies, although only five of those appearances came last season during an injury-hit campaign.

After West Brom were relegated, the 29-year-old was heavily linked with a move away and he has now completed his move.

Here are how some West Brom fans reacted to Chadli's permanent switch.
