Coventry City have confirmed that versatile defender Josh Pask has agreed a three-year contract to join the club when his current deal with West Ham expires.

The 21-year-old has come through the ranks with the Hammers but failed to make an appearance for the Londoners, instead getting his game time from loan spells and in the youth teams.

One of those loan spells came in the 2016/17 campaign, when Pask played in League One for Gillingham, although he wasn't a regular for the side in that time.

And, he has now taken the decision to leave the Premier League side, with the Sky Blues announcing on their official site that the move will go through at the start of next month.

After a positive end to the previous season, there is a lot of optimism about how Mark Robins' side can do next season and it's fair to say the fans were pleased about this transfer update.
