The FA Cup has offered supporters a chance to choose which 'giant killing' from the competition's past they want to watch live on Tuesday night, which has drawn an impassioned response from fans of the Yorkshire club.

The poll posted on the FA Cup's official Twitter account has offered four options– Leeds 1-0 win against Manchester United, Bradford City's 4-2 victory against Chelsea, Lincoln City's 1-0 win against Burnley, and Wigan's 1-0 victory over Manchester City in 2018.

The clear leader at the writing of this article with 55% of the vote is Leeds' victory against their cross-Pennine rivals.

The Whites were in League One at the time and travelled to Old Trafford to face their historic rivals.

It was a tight encounter and one that was decided by a tidy finish from Leeds' number nine at the time, Jermaine Beckford, in the 19th minute.

He collected a long ball forward and slid his effort under Wes Brown and past goalkeeper Tomasz Kuszczak.

The Red Devils exacted their revenge in the EFL Cup the following season but the victory remains a happy one for Leeds fans.
