It's fair to say Paul Heckingbottom has not been a success at Leeds.

He's picked up just two wins in an awful spell as manager that has seen them plummet from promotion hopefuls to nowhere.

Indeed, if the season was any longer you wouldn't bet against them dropping into the bottom three, such has been their form. They look devoid of ideas in front of goal, shaky at the back and there's a suggestion the manager doesn't know his best side.

Journalist Phil Hay has tweeted an article today pointing out there's little respite for the beleaguered manager as his side face Aston Villa tomorrow at Villa Park.

This comes just three days after a disappointing 3-1 defeat at Preston, another capitulation that saw fans left scratching their heads, wondering where it all went wrong.

Former Barnsley manager Heckingbottom is under pressure, just a couple of months into the job and if Leeds fans had their way, they'd make yet another change, sooner rather than later.

They've jumped on Hay's tweet to express their disdain at the current situation and offer some alternative names who they'd like to see in charge of their struggling club.
