It’s pretty safe to assume that Leeds United are going to need to spend in the summer window if they are to improve on this campaign.
The men from Elland Road have been well short of the play-off race in recent weeks and look a side better suited to mid-table than anywhere else.
Certainly, that is not where they want to be and so this summer they’ll need to be aggressive and make the right moves.
They’ve been linked with 9-goal midfielder Jon Nolan recently, too, and so in our latest FLW Price-Tags feature we’ve taken a look at how much the club should look to offer:
Nolan is a very talented midfielder in the centre of the park and certainly knows when to take a shot at goal with him close to double figures for the campaign.
He’s currently challenging for the League One crown with Shrewsbury but regardless of how they do you can see him playing in the second tier next season.
Will that be with the Whites? Ultimately time will tell, but we think that a fee of £2.5m could just be enough to twist the Shrews’ arm and bring him in.
