QPR supporters, cast your minds back to 16th June 2015, where Jamie Mackie made a dramatic return to Loftus Road.

It was Mackie's second spell with the club, having previously played for the Hoops from 2010-2013 in a successful spell with the London-based club.

It's fair to say that QPR supporters were delighted to see Mackie arrive for a second time at Loftus Road.

The fans favourite arrived at the club after his contract with Nottingham Forest expired, and QPR supporters certainly were pleased to see him return.

But it was a spell to forget for Mackie as he was restricted to just 20 appearances for the Hoops across two seasons.

Mackie had a number of injuries during his time with the club which hampered his game time, in a frustrating time for the hard-working winger.

The winger made his last appearance for the Hoops in a 3-1 win over Birmingham and he was released upon the expiration of his contract in the summer.

He then went on to move to League One side, Oxford United, where he penned a two-year-deal and is still with the third tier side to this day.
