Sunderland have reportedly accepted a £6.6m bid from Torino for midfielder Didier Ndong, according to the Sunderland Echo.

Is this good business by the Black Cats? Is Ndong worth that much?

Amazing business.

Okay, they've still taken a huge loss on the player but how they've managed to get over £6m for Ndong I don't know.

He is proof of the ridiculous recruitment that has gone on over the years at Sunderland and such a hefty fee will be very welcome at the club now.

Jay Williams

After a terrible season, I am not sure how Sunderland have got this amount of money for Ndong.

This is great business from Ross and he will now be armed with a sizeable war-chest to reinvest that money into the squad and bring in some League One style players.

Not only are they receiving a hefty fee for the midfielder, but they are getting his huge wages off the bill to clear some space for other players.

It’s good for Sunderland to get Ndong off their books.

The money will help the club financially, and Jack Ross will hope that the cash is reinvested in his playing squad.

Moving on a few more of their flops will seriously help Sunderland this summer.
