Norwich City’s Robbie Brady joined Premier League outfit Burnley yesterday on transfer deadline day.
The transfer of the versatile left-sided player had been speculated for large parts of the January transfer window, but finally signed a three-and-a-half year deal with Burnley.
The Republic of Ireland international has made 22 appearances this season, scoring four goals and assisting a further four.
Brady joined Norwich in 2015 from Hull City and appeared for the Canaries 62 times during his 18-months with the club.
Brady’s new club are aiming for Premier League survival this season, and look well on the way to doing that- Burnley have surprised many and currently sit in the top-ten.
However, the side the 25-year old is leaving are sat ninth in the Sky Bet Championship.
Following a good start to the campaign, Alex Neil’s side has suffered a dip in form, resulting in them dropping out of the play-off places.
Norwich will be looking to close the three-point gap to the top-six when they face Cardiff City on Saturday.
Following Brady’s departure, here is how Norwich fans reacted on Twitter….

Selling players, not good idea,
with no replacements, loan ones no good either.
Neil has lost the plot again.????
