Birmingham City wonderkid Jude Bellingham has posted an update on Twitter amid the EFL delay, which has drawn an interesting response from many fans of the Midlands club.

The 16-year-old was handed his debut by Pep Clotet at the start of the current campaign and has become a key player for the Blues this term.

Bellingham has made 34 appearances for the Championship outfit this season, grabbing four goals and three assists, and has showcased what a bright prospect he is.

The EFL has been suspended for more than a month and it remains unclear if, how, and when the 2019/20 season will be concluded.

As many are, it appears Bellingham is missing football greatly – a feeling he expressed in his latest Twitter update.

The teenager looks set to leave Birmingham in the summer with a number of Europe's top clubs thought to be keen to sign him when he does.

Manchester United, Chelsea and Borussia Dortmund are among the clubs that have been linked with the Bellingham.
