Swansea City host Cardiff City in one of the biggest games in the EFL this weekend.

The South Wales derby is often a very hostile one, with both Swansea and Cardiff going into Sunday's clash on the same amount of points.

The feel from either dressing room is different, though. The Swans come into this one having lost only one of their last six games, albeit drawing four of their last six matches.

Cardiff, meanwhile, come into this one having lost five games on the spin before the international break, with the pressure piling on Mick McCarthy.

Swansea have turned a corner under Russell Martin, and a victory over their arch rivals on Sunday would be a massive boost.

Here, we take a look at the latest team news from the Swans' camp:

Russell Martin has been handed a triple boost on the injury front, with Ryan Bennett, Michael Obafemi and Olivier Ntcham all having been in full training this week.

Ntcham picked up a hamstring issue against Fulham and subsequently missed the goalless draw with Derby County last time out.

Bennett and Obafemi, meanwhile, have missed the last four games through injury, but have all been involves in full training this week.

Martin said: "The international week is a big period for us because it allows us to work on a lot of different things. It gave a few players the chance to recover from knocks and niggles, while it was also an opportunity for us to get Michael Obafemi, Olivier Ntcham and Ryan Bennett back on the training pitch.

"Seeing them back in training is massive for us. They give us so much more strength. They are three important players who were doing well before their injuries.

"Benno is someone the fans will have seen a lot of since he arrived here, while they’ve witness Oli’s quality already. Mike is a player who has shown little glimpses of his talent, but he will bring a lot more. He has qualities that not many players in our squad have, so he’ll make a real difference for us."
