Reading travel to Nottingham Forest in the Championship tonight.

The Royals will head north tonight as they look to rectify a 2-0 defeat at Millwall last time out - two second-half goals gave Gary Rowett's side the win, condemning Mark Bowen's to their first defeat in nine.

A win tonight could take Reading into the top-half of the table, but they'll have to do without Lucas Joao - the Portuguese forward is their only guaranteed absentee tonight, and is expected to be sidelined for at least a couple of months with a hamstring injury.

Joao, 25, has missed the last four for Reading now, and it came at a bad time for the 26-year-old who was in prolific form before his injury - he'd scored four in his last seven.

Andy Yiadom is a doubt for tonight - the 28-year-old sustained a knee injury last month and was set for a return to action this month. He's now missed the last ten games for Reading, but could feature on the bench for Bowen tonight.

Forest will be some stiff opposition for Reading tonight. Sabri Lamouchi's side are coming into some good form and find themselves in 5th-place of the Championship table for tonight - a win would take them to within two points of 2nd-placed Leeds.

They're not as strong at home though, and Reading will head to the City Ground confident of a result, with Forest sitting 10th in the home form table, having taken 23 points from a possible 39 at home.
